Hello, I’m Simon Flack 👋

I’m a senior product engineer with 20+ years of experience shipping web, mobile, and backend products. I work with founders and small teams who need someone they can trust with the whole problem: product judgment, architecture, implementation, and delivery. A lot of my recent work is rescue and finish-line engineering — taking over stalled or unstable builds and getting them stable, shippable, and growing.
